Backstory
Employee benefits can get complicated, costly and convoluted. Simple tasks often take too much time and effort and tools are limited to outdated systems.
Having worked both as a group specialist for a major insurance carrier, as well as an independent broker representing clients, Alice was able to see the obstacles faced by all parties.
Ingenious Insurance was built out of the necessity to simplify and standardize processes involved in obtaining and managing employee benefits.

Alice C. Bejancu, Founder and CEO
As a 19-year industry veteran and expert in the employee benefits space, Alice's mission is to help advisors and businesses simplify processes, save time and money, and successfully manage their group plans.
Her passions include exercise, paddle-boarding, friends, her dog (Dot), and excel spreadsheets. Her mantra: 'You Don't Know Until You Know Better.'

Corporate Controller
As the financial expert, Bianca is buried in spreadsheets all day, every day! And that's exactly how she likes it! Bianca takes pride in ensuring that every single number is aligned for both clients and partners.
Away from spreadsheets, Bianca enjoys spending time in the outdoors, baking up a storm, and working on various DIY projects.
